This is a band that is certainly worthy of being branded as “for the ultra”. It’s thick beefy band but it’s built great. The silicone is smooth and not tacky/sticky like other bands. Definitely not a lint magnet which is great. Has some very small orange accents in the metal to match the Ultra / Ultra 2. The whole package looks great from a design perspective!!!- From Amazon.
In the sea of Apple Watch Bands, there are few that turn out to be fantastic like the Bandletic offering. I was looking for a nice rubberized band that would be both waterproof and that would at least look decent. Both boxes were checked with this R-Steel Band. With space-grey metal clasp and mounting hardware, this strap came in black, orange and blue. I chose the blue strap so that it would match a blue face shield that I would eventually use it with. The strap is nice thick rubber that provides good grip when installed and wearing on my wrist. Some of the other bands on the market seem to be made of fairly cheap rubber so it was nice that this one was better quality. The rubber itself is mounted onto the clasp with screws so I can see that, in the future, the rubber strap could be replaceable in the case it should deteriorate or break. In terms of sizing holes, the strap should fit most, if not all, wrist sizes as the holes run the length of the strap. Great quality!
