After you place an order on Bandletic, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing time is not transit time. Transit time varies by destination and shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide. However, some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to local carrier limitations or other restrictions.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time
Shipping options and transit times vary by destination.
Standard Shipping: transit time varies by destination (for many destinations, delivery is commonly within 7–12 business days after shipment).
Express Shipping: available, with transit time varying by destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs procedures, and local carrier operations. If an unusual delay occurs, we will email you with an update when possible.
Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment during transit.

Free shipping: available for orders over USD $40 (where applicable)

Local taxes (such as VAT/GST or other local taxes): paid by the customer if charged by the destination country/region
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
Before shipment: you may contact us to request an address change or order cancellation. We will do our best to assist as long as the order has not shipped.
After shipment: orders cannot be cancelled and shipping addresses cannot be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and provide a screenshot or proof from the tracking page. After review, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage (and packaging if relevant). After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
