1. Return and Exchange Policy
1.1 Returns
  • If you receive an item and find that it does not meet your expectations or you are dissatisfied with the comfort, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging, including the barcode. We do not accept returns from third parties.

  • We will refund the shipping cost you paid when purchasing, but the cost of sending it back will be borne by you.

    Our warehouse will refund you as soon as possible after receiving the goods, and the refund amount will be returned to your account within 3-7 working days.
  • You can exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will be shipped immediately subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, please indicate the model number, exact color of the product in the listing in the comments section, and send the product back. The exchange will be shipped immediately after we receive your product, subject to availability. The courier costs incurred during this period are borne by you.

  • In the email, please specify the reason for the exchange and include any relevant details.

2. RETURN POLICY AMAZON AND THIRD-PARTY AUTHORIZED SELLERS

  • When you order our products from Amazon, please contact their customer service since all billing orders are separate from our website and we are not able to make any refund adjustment using the 17- digit order number.
  • Orders from third party authorized sellers or business customers to third party sellers are responsible for their returns-refunds.
