Return Policy

Scope

This Return Policy applies to purchases made directly on bandletic.com.

 

Return and Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Bandletic does not accept returns for reasons based on personal preference or other subjective factors.

 

No Return Shipment Required

For both returns and exchanges, you do not need to send the original item back.

To help us verify and process your request, we may require order details and clear photos when applicable. Please follow the instructions under How to Request a Return or Exchange below.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Items purchased from the Sale page

Items received through Giveaway or other free promotional activities

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email support@bandletic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you are requesting a return or exchange
  • A brief explanation of the reason
  • Clear photos of the item (and packaging if relevant)
  • Requests may be declined if the item shows clear signs of wear, misuse, or damage that occurred after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

For approved exchanges, you do not need to return the original item. We will send a replacement after the exchange request is confirmed.

  • Exchange value rules

You may exchange for an item of equal value or lower value.

If you would like an item of higher value, please place a new order for the desired item. After the new order is confirmed, we will refund the original order amount so you only pay the difference.

  • Out-of-stock

If the requested item is out of stock, you may need to accept a color change (same style/model).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If you selected the wrong size or color when placing your order and would like to request a return or exchange, please also contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period includes weekends and public holidays.

Refunds: Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund your payment, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have agreed otherwise. Please do not send any item back before receiving our return instructions. In some cases, we may offer a returnless refund or another alternative resolution at our discretion. If we confirm in writing that the item does not need to be returned, you do not need to arrange return shipping.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
