Which smartwatch models is this band compatible with?
This band is designed for Garmin QuickFit connector size 26mm. If you are unsure, check your connector type and width, or contact us with your watch details.
How should I clean the band for everyday care? Can I machine-wash or tumble-dry the band?
Remove the band from your smartwatch and rinse with warm water around 30 to 40°C (86 to 104°F). Clean with a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, harsh chemicals, and prolonged soaking. If exposed to seawater or pool water, rinse promptly with fresh water and dry fully.
Is it waterproof? Can I swim with it?
The band is water-resistant for everyday exposure such as rain, handwashing, and sweat. However, it is not intended for prolonged submersion in seawater or pool water, so we do not recommend wearing it for swimming or water sports. We are currently developing bands designed specifically for water activities, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
Will the band retain odors or discolor over time?
Under normal use, the band should not develop strong odors or noticeable discoloration. Regular cleaning and fully drying after sweat or water exposure helps prevent odor buildup. Silicone is generally color-stable, but it may discolor if exposed to sunscreen, oils, harsh chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight.
What does “skin-friendly silicone with enhanced durability” mean?
This refers to a skin-friendly silicone material that delivers a soft, comfortable feel while offering enhanced tear resistance and durability. Compared with conventional skin-friendly silicone, it is better suited for outdoor sports and other high-intensity environments.
