How should I clean the band for everyday care? Can I machine-wash or tumble-dry the band?

Remove the band from your smartwatch and rinse with clean, lukewarm water. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive brushes, prolonged soaking, machine washing, tumble drying, and direct heat. If exposed to seawater or pool water, rinse promptly with fresh water and dry fully.

What is Leather-Grain Rubber?

Leather-Grain Rubber is a rubber-based material with a refined leather-like grain pressed into the surface. It contains no genuine leather, while offering the textured look of leather with the water resistance, sweat resistance, and easy-care qualities of rubber.

Will the band retain odors or discolor over time?

A slight rubber odor may be noticeable when the band is new and should gradually fade with use and ventilation. Regular cleaning and fully drying after sweat or water exposure helps prevent odor buildup. The material is generally color-stable, but prolonged exposure to sunscreen, oils, harsh chemicals, or direct sunlight may cause discoloration over time.

Is it waterproof? Can I swim with it?

The band is water-resistant for everyday exposure such as rain, handwashing, and sweat. However, it is not intended for prolonged submersion in seawater or pool water, so we do not recommend wearing it for swimming or water sports. We are currently developing bands designed specifically for water activities, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
