Which smartwatch models is this band compatible with?
This band is designed for Apple Watch case sizes 38mm, 40mm, 41mm, 42mm, 44mm, 45mm, 46mm, and 49mm. If you are unsure, check the case size on the back of your watch or contact us with your watch details.
How should I clean the band for everyday care? Can I machine-wash or tumble-dry the band?
Remove the band from your smartwatch and rinse with cool to warm water around 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F). Gently hand-wash with a small amount of mild soap, then rinse thoroughly. Press dry with a clean towel, and air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, and harsh cleaners. If exposed to seawater or pool water, rinse promptly with fresh water and air-dry fully.
Is it waterproof? Can I swim with it?
The band is water-resistant for everyday exposure such as rain, handwashing, and sweat. However, it is not intended for prolonged submersion in seawater or pool water, so we do not recommend wearing it for swimming or water sports. We are currently developing bands designed specifically for water activities, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
What does “premium nylon” mean?
“Premium nylon” refers to a higher-grade nylon selected for a softer, smoother feel and added stretch. It is breathable, gentle on the skin, and comfortable for long wear when kept clean and fully dry.
Will the band retain odors or discolor over time?
Under normal use, the band should not develop strong odors or noticeable color change. Woven materials can retain odors if left damp, so regular cleaning and thorough drying after sweat or water exposure is recommended. Darker colors may transfer slightly when the band is new or wet, so avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics in those conditions.
