Which smartwatch models is this band compatible with?

This case band is designed for Apple Watch case sizes 44mm, 45mm, 46mm and 49mm. If you are unsure, check the case size on the back of your watch or contact us with your watch details.

How should I clean the band for everyday care? Can I machine-wash or tumble-dry the band?

Remove the band from your smartwatch and rinse with warm water around 30 to 40°C (86 to 104°F). Wipe with a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged soaking. If exposed to seawater or pool water, rinse promptly with fresh water and dry fully.

Is it waterproof? Can I swim with it?

The case band is water-resistant for everyday exposure such as rain, handwashing, and sweat. However, it is not intended for prolonged submersion in seawater or pool water, so we do not recommend wearing it for swimming or water sports. We are currently developing bands designed specifically for water activities, and we look forward to sharing more soon.

Will this band feel too heavy on the wrist?

Compared with other integrated case-and-band designs, this model is designed to feel relatively light on the wrist. It may feel slightly heavier than a traditional band without a protective case, as the added case structure prioritizes extra protection.

Will the band retain odors or discolor over time?

Under normal use, the band should not develop strong odors or noticeable color change. TPU is generally resistant to everyday wear, but regular cleaning and thorough drying after sweat or water exposure is recommended to help prevent odor buildup and maintain its appearance. Light-colored bands may show staining more easily, so avoid prolonged contact with dark fabrics, oils, sunscreen, or harsh chemicals, especially when the band is wet.
