Which smartwatch models is this band compatible with?
This band is designed for Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, Ultra 2025 models. If you are unsure, check your watch model in Settings, or contact us with your watch details.
How should I clean the band for everyday care? Can I machine-wash or tumble-dry the band?
Remove the band from your smartwatch and rinse with warm water around 30 to 40°C (86 to 104°F). Wipe with a soft cloth and a small amount of mild soap, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry completely in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources; avoid machine washing, tumble drying, harsh chemicals, and prolonged soaking, especially near the magnetic area. If exposed to seawater or pool water, rinse promptly with fresh water and dry fully.
Is it waterproof? Can I swim with it?
The band is water-resistant for everyday exposure such as rain, handwashing, and sweat. However, it is not intended for prolonged submersion in seawater or pool water, so we do not recommend wearing it for swimming or water sports. We are currently developing bands designed specifically for water activities, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
Will this band affect the compass?
The magnets in this band may affect compass readings when the band is attached to the watch. For best accuracy, use the compass away from the magnetic band, or remove the band before using the compass feature.
Will the band retain odors or discolor over time?
Under normal use, the band should not develop strong odors or noticeable discoloration. Regular cleaning and fully drying after sweat or water exposure helps prevent odor buildup. Silicone is generally color-stable, but it may discolor if exposed to sunscreen, oils, harsh chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight.
